He earned his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in psychology, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. In 1996, he earned his Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the esteemed University of Madras, showcasing his dedication to pushing the boundaries of knowledge. Prior to his corporate leadership role, Dr. Karthikeyan spent three enriching years as a 'Therapist' in a clinical setting. This formative experience allowed him to deeply understand human behavior and psychological nuances, which he seamlessly transitioned into his corporate career.
