Risen HR Consultancy (Private) Limited, a corporate solutions provider, founded by Dr. Karthikeyan and Jyothi Varma, specializes in offering customised solutions in the areas of skill assessment, psychometric evaluation, skill document preparation, training, and organizational development (OD) interventions.
As a company anchored in its founding philosophy of delivering employee-centric interventions to facilitate organisations to achieve growth goals, Risen HR has been growing exponentially over the past few years. The firm’s diverse clientele includes some of India’s biggest corporate entities across a variety of verticals, from steel to tyres and IT.
Risen HR currently has, on its rolls, 55 employees spread across six locations across the country. Additionally, it has expanded internationally by opening a center in the US---Risen HR LLC. The firm believes that the sustained growth and expansion are not just indicators of an exciting future, but of the faith reposed by clients in the firm’s commitment to quality and the efficacy of its solutions.
